As dietary supplement
Add 1/4 tsp. of Ginger powder to 1 cup of boiling water. Cover with a saucer and let sit until cool enough to drink before straining. Add honey or sugar as desired.
Add a pinch of Ginger powder to one spoonful of honey and stir together. You may take this mixture 2 - 3 times a day.
