Do you offer free shipping ?
India Shipping
- Yes, we offer free shipping within India on orders above ₹1000.
For orders below ₹1000, a small shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
We use reliable domestic courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery across India.
International Shipping:
- No, International Shipping is not free.
Shipping costs for international orders are not included in the product prices and will be calculated at checkout. We use Reputed Shipping partner for fast and reliable worldwide shipping, with an estimated delivery time of around 7-10 business days.
- All international orders are delivered to your door. However, custom duties are not included in the shipping charges. These duties are levied by your country’s customs department, and you are responsible for paying them. Local delivery agents will contact you if any customs clearance is required.
Are the product dimensions accurate?
The dimensions of each product are mentioned in the description section. While we aim to deliver items that match the listed specifications, please note that all our products are handmade. As a result, there may be slight variations in size and weight.
Please allow for a tolerance of approximately ±0.1–1 inches in height and width, and ±0.1–2 kg in weight for larger statues.
Can I cancel or exchange my order?
Cancellations:
- Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges only in case the product is damaged or broken in transit.
To be eligible for an exchange:
You must lodge a request within 2 days of receiving the delivery.
You must provide an uncut, unedited package opening video as proof.
Handmade Product:
All our carvings are handmade, which means minor variations in carving and finish may occur. These are not considered defects — they are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade crafts.
